Payment, refund and cancellation terms for npoq.net subscriptions.
Last updated: June 23, 2026Payments are securely processed by Polar, acting as the Merchant of Record. Billing, tax and refund handling are carried out through Polar's platform.
Subscriptions
Pro and Ultimate plans are subscriptions that renew monthly or yearly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period; you can cancel anytime.
Refunds
We review refund requests within 14 days of the payment date. If approved, the payment is refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the panel (Billing) or the Polar customer portal. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
