Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about npoq, plans, widgets and support.
How do I connect my Kick account?
Click the Sign in with Kick button and authorize npoq. We use Kick's official OAuth, so we never see your password. Once connected, your panel, commands and overlays are ready.
How do widgets and overlays work?
Configure a widget (chat box, alerts, follower or sub goals, and more) in the panel, then copy its overlay link into a Browser Source in OBS or Streamlabs. It updates live during your stream.
Can I run giveaways from Kick chat?
Yes. You pick a keyword, viewers who type it in chat join the giveaway, and you draw the winner on a live stage. You can optionally give viewers with a sub badge double odds and draw several winners in a row. Giveaways are available on every plan.
Can I run a giveaway with Kick channel points (loyalty points)?
Yes. In channel point mode viewers do not have to type anything: a temporary channel point reward is created on Kick and viewers join by spending their points. The reward is deleted automatically when the giveaway ends, and entries that never made it into a draw get their points refunded. This mode is available on Pro and above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page or the Polar customer portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
Do I need OBS?
You need OBS or Streamlabs only for overlays and alerts, which are added as a Browser Source. The chatbot, commands and stats work without any streaming software.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you use npoq with no card required. Paid plans (Pro and Ultimate) raise limits such as commands, widgets and connected accounts.
How does billing work?
Pro and Ultimate are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD. Payments are securely processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
How can I contact support?
Email us at support@npoq.net. We usually reply within 48 hours on business days. See the Contact page for details.
