Overview

npoq provides a chatbot, overlay and statistics service for streamers on Kick.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and who we share it with.

There are two kinds of data here: information about you as a streamer who signs in with a Kick account, and statistics about the viewers who take part in your chat. We sell neither. If this policy changes we update the date below, so check it from time to time.

Data Controller and Roles

npoq holds two different sets of data, and our responsibility is not the same for both. The distinction below matters so you know who to address a request to.

Your account and channel setup

For the npoq account you open with your Kick account, along with your settings, commands, widgets and subscription records, we are the data controller: we decide why and how that data is processed.

Your channel's viewer statistics

For viewer data such as watch time, message count, points and level, responsibility is shared: we provide the measurement system and decide what is measured, while you decide whether to switch it on and how the results are used on your channel. Your viewers should contact you first about these statistics.

Information We Collect

  • Your Kick account: user id, username, channel name, profile picture, email address and language, received when you sign in with Kick
  • Kick access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, so the bot keeps working on your channel while you are away
  • Your channel setup: commands, alerts, periodic messages, widgets, counters and variables
  • Statistics about viewers in your chat: their Kick id and name, watch time, message count, points, level and follow date, plus any custom values your own commands store against a viewer. The content of chat messages is not stored.
  • Riot Games accounts you connect for tracker widgets: account identifier, game name and tag line
  • Subscription records from our payment provider: subscription, customer and product identifiers, status and renewal dates. Card details never reach us.
  • Usage data from the website: pages visited, browser type and the country derived from your IP address. This is collected only if you accepted analytics cookies, and is tied to an identifier derived from your device's characteristics (screen, hardware, graphics card, time zone); if you are signed in, that identifier is matched to your account. The query part of page addresses is not recorded.
  • Technical records about how the service runs: the path, result code and duration of API requests, and any errors raised (including the chat bot and background jobs). These do not depend on consent; they exist to keep the service running and to find faults.

How We Use Your Information

  • Run the chatbot on your channel: answer commands, send periodic messages and follow or subscription alerts
  • Render the overlays and widgets you add to your streaming software
  • Keep leaderboards, watch time, points and levels for the viewers of your channel
  • Show tracker widgets for the game accounts you connect
  • Manage your plan, subscription and access to paid features
  • Keep the service running and prevent abuse: rate limits, moderation and account suspension

Data Protection

  • Kick access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted
  • Traffic between your browser and our services runs over HTTPS
  • Signing out revokes your session on the server, not only in your browser
  • Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers
  • Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service
  • Your data is kept while the account exists; deleting the account removes its channel setup and viewer statistics with it

Information Sharing

  • We never sell your personal information
  • Kick.com, to read chat, send messages and manage your channel on your behalf
  • Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, which handles checkout, billing and invoices
  • Riot Games, only when you connect a game account for a tracker widget
  • Google Analytics and Vercel, which measure how the website is used and how it performs
  • Authorities, only where the law requires it

What We Process and Why We Are Allowed To

Every processing activity rests on a legal basis. The mapping below covers KVKK Art. 5 and GDPR Art. 6.

Performance of a contract

Creating your account, running the bot on your channel, serving your widgets and managing your subscription. We cannot provide the service without this data.

Legitimate interests

Preventing abuse and fraud, rate limiting, recording API requests and errors, and measuring how the site performs. These keep the service secure and available, and do not depend on consent.

Consent

npoq's own visitor analytics (including the device identifier) and Google Analytics cookies. They run only if you accept, and you can withdraw at any time; declining does not affect any feature.

Legal obligation

Retaining payment and invoice records for the period the law requires. Those records are held by our payment provider, Polar.

How Long We Keep Things

  • Account data and channel setup: for as long as the account exists. Deleting your account also deletes your commands, periodic messages, widgets and reward actions.
  • Your channel's viewer statistics: deleted together with your account.
  • Your Kick access and refresh tokens: stored encrypted until your account is deleted or you remove the connection from Kick.
  • Payment and invoice records: held by Polar for the period the law requires.
  • Technical records and usage data: page visits and API requests are deleted after 30 days, error records after 90 days, and the device-linked visitor summary after 180 days. The database enforces these periods; no manual cleanup is relied upon.
  • The content of chat messages: never stored. Messages are processed as they arrive and only counters change.

Transfers Outside Your Country

npoq runs on infrastructure hosted outside Türkiye. When you create an account, your data is processed by the providers below.

  • Vercel: hosting for the website
  • Render: the application server
  • Cloudflare: the traffic and security layer in front of the application server
  • Managed database service: where your account and channel data is stored
  • Polar: payments and subscriptions (merchant of record)
  • Kick: the source of your account and channel data
  • Google Analytics: only if you accepted cookies

Your Rights

Access & Control

  • Download everything we hold about you from your panel as a single file
  • Change or correct your channel setup at any time from the panel
  • Disconnect a game account you previously connected
  • Permanently delete your account and all of its data from your panel

Privacy Controls

  • Sign out to revoke your active session on the server
  • Remove the npoq connection from your Kick account settings at any time
  • Change your cookie choice at any time with the button below
  • Write to us with any question or request about your data

Your Rights Under the Law

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, obtain a copy of it
  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
  • Know the third parties the data is transferred to, at home or abroad
  • Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased or destroyed
  • Ask that any correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to
  • Receive your data in a machine-readable format, for yourself or another provider
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent you have given
  • Object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that works against you
  • Claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing

How to Exercise Them

You can download your data and delete your account yourself, immediately, from the Profile page in your panel. For anything else, and for users whose accounts are suspended, write to support@npoq.net and we will resolve your request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye, or to the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.

Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies. Some are required to sign you in and keep you signed in, others remember your preferences. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them, and declining does not affect any feature of the site. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
